We swim again Tuesday and we need you to declare your swimmer by FRIDAY at 5 p.m.

Attached are heat sheets and the athlete check in.

• Bring plenty of water and drinks tonight.
• if you have a pop-up tent, please bring it.
• Waterford does not want swimmers and families on the deck until 4:30

We need a few more volunteers to help coral 10 and unders as they get lined up for their races.
