***Nissa and Whitney have a waiver that every family must sign to swim at Wake!

Saturday-REST, HYDRATE, SLEEP!!

Sunday AT THE GAC!!

ALL 10 and under swimmers will meet outside the front doors of the GAC at 7:15 am We will enter the GAC as a team. Your swimmers will go through the locker rooms as a team and be met on the other side by our Team Parents and coaches. We will get them situated on the deck. They will warm up, swim races and when they are finished we will text parents to meet a team parent to send them back through the locker room to you. WEAR SHERWOOD SHIRTS!!

11 and over. You will come onto the deck at 1:15 p.m.

The League will send out a packet of information by Friday morning that we will forward to all families. Event assignments will be sent out Thursday morning, once we have a completed roster.
