Hello Sharks!

A few reminders for swim meets:

• Send your child to line up for relays (events 1-8) at 5:25!!!  We need to start on time.
• NAME ON SHOULDER for ALL 10 and under swimmers
• Grey caps!
• Send your child to line up 4 events BEFORE their event is called!!  We don't want anyone to miss a swim and the meet will NOT wait for your child.
• Pack snacks and LOT of water!!

Details specific to Clemmons West!!!

1. Parents are welcome to bring tents. There is not much shade on our deck. Please seat your swimmers and families on the left side of the pool deck as you enter. Or, if you have the ability to keep track of your kids well, we have a huge field you can put your kids in under tents!

2. Concessions will be pizza, candy and drinks. Cash only.

3. Please ask your parents to park across the street at Hayward Industries. The address is:

1 Hayward Industrial Dr, Clemmons, NC. There should be a sheriff directing traffic to make sure everyone gets safely across the road starting around 4:40ish. Please ask your families not to arrive before 4:30 as I cannot guarantee there will be someone helping them safely across the road.

4. Please don't allow swimmers to play on the playground, volleyball court or gaga pit during the meet. It brings sand and dirt into the pool.

5. Clemmons West will warm up from 4:55-5:10 and Sherwood will warm up from 5:10-5:25.

6. Timer and Stroke and Turn meeting will be at 5:15 near the deep end of the pool.

7. Please let your swimmers know that we pass out heat winner prizes and they should look for our parent with the bucket if they win their heat to collect their candy! (They will be located at the end of the pool the race finishes on.)

8. The baby pool is closed during the meet.

9. Should inclement weather arise, we ask that families wait in cars for any continuation decisions to be made by reps. 

The team goes to The Loop on Stratford Road after away meets.  Come meet us there if you can!

Heat sheets will be sent Tuesday.
