• Heat Sheets for meets are sent out ASAP on the day of the meet.
• Swimmers need to wear SILVER caps at the meet!

• Warm ups start at 8 a.m. The parking lot will be packed-plan accordingly!
• Meet starts at 8:10 a.m.
• Heat sheets will be sent out Friday night.
• All timers and volunteers must meet at the starting tent at 8 a.m. We will make an announcement

Team Shirts and Caps
