Way to go Sharks!!  This email is only for swimmers for Finals on Sunday.  Thank you parents for making this day happen!!  We are proud of all the Sharks already!

July 10-

• AM Practice-regular age group times
• Blocks 5-7 p.m. at WFU
  • 5:00-5:20 6 and unders
  • 5:20-6:00 7-10s
  • 6:00-7:00 11 and ups
  • Nissa and Whitney will be at WFU tomorrow evening to meet with any parents new to finals.  Please come and check in with any questions!!
  • ****There is a waiver that every parent must sign to swim at Wake!!  The forms will be at practice in the morning and at Wake tomorrow evening.  Your swimmer MUST have a sign form!  1 per family is fine!!
  • Directions for WFU Pool.   Parking and entrance, the map linked HERE depicts it best. Parking would be in the W1 lot. The entry point would be Reynolds Gym, location 21B on the map directly across from lot M.  At the front desk, they will direct you down to the pool. 

July 11-

• AM practice Finals swimmers only  regular time
• PM practice Finals swimmers only regular time. 

July 12 Practice Finals team ONLY

• 8:30-9:15 11 and up
• 9:15-9:45 8 and unders
• 9:45-10:30 9-10s
• REST AND HYDRATE THE REST OF THE DAY!!!

July 13 GAC-Arrival times TBA Friday. 

Morning Session 10 and under

• We are waiting for our warm up time (TBA Friday)
• Our team arrival time TBA Friday  Expect 7:15-7:30 a.m. ish
• Session starts at 9:00 a.m.

Afternoon session 11 and over

• We are waiting for our warm up time (TBA Friday)
• Our team arrival time TBA Friday. Expect  1 p.m. ish
• Session starts at 2:30 p.m.

Key points for spectators:

• CLEAR BAG policy.  This is strictly enforced.
• NO outside food.  Concession limited but available.
• $5 parking
• NO PARENTS/SPECTATORS on the deck!!!!

Key points for swimmers:

• Enter and exit the deck through the locker room
• 10 and unders stay with the "Team moms" until they escort you to the locker room to meet your parent on the other side.
• NO chairs on deck
• Bring snacks, drinks, something to entertain yourself in your swim bag.
