• WARM UP AT 9:15 a.m.
• Timer Meeting 9:15 a.m.
• Meet starts at 9:30 a.m.

11 and over AFTERNOON SESSION 

• CHECK IN by 2:00 p.m.-PLEASE FIND THE CHECK IN PERSON
• Warm Up 2:15-2:30 
• Timer Meeting 2:15 
• Meet Starts 2: 45 p.m.

PARKING

In order to minimize issues with parking, PLEASE encourage your swimmers and parents to carpool. With the exception of a limited number of meet volunteers with parking passes, NO PARKING IS ALLOWED along the dirt road beside or behind the pool. Overflow parking is available at Bolton Elementary School or Trinity Presbyterian Church. Both are located one block from the pool on Bolton Street just beyond the exit ramp to Silas Creek Parkway. Parking will be enforced by the Winston-Salem Police Department and parking illegally will result in cars being towed! Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 

VENDORS!

• Kendra Scott will have a jewelry booth set up at the meet. Check out their site for more information- kendrascott.com
• Kona Ice will be set up at the entrance gate. Be sure to bring your refillable Kona Cup if you have one!
• POPUP PEACH will have a booth selling Sweet Georgia Peaches! Single, Triple, 4lb, 12lb, 25lb! www.popuppeach.com
• Thunderbirds Catering (Bolton Concession Stand) will be open throughout the day with a menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options plus drinks and snacks.
