• Heat Sheet and Athlete List attached
• CHECK IN when you arrive at Waterford-Not before 4:30!!
• BRING WARM GEAR!!  The water will be cold and the air is going to be cool. Sweatshirts, dry towels!!
• WARM UPS-We start at 5:05-You choose if it is best for your little one to warm up and then "cool off" before they race.  
• The Loop after the meet!!
