Let's get ready for another great meet tomorrow at Waterford Pool.  

Every pool has specific directions for their facility.  Please be mindful of Waterford's parking directions (see below).  If you are bringing a tent, do NOT arrive at 3:45 (we had to adjust the time due to a glitch with the system) please bring tent at 4:30.

• ALL 10 and under relays need to line up BEFORE THE NATIONAL ANTHEM!!
• We will gather all 10 and under swimmers in the "holding area" next to the diving board.  Swimmers should be in the "holding area" when we are 5 events away from their swim.
• Heat sheets will be sent tomorrow afternoon as soon as the meet is complete and ready
• The Loop after the meet is over to hear the meet results and spend time with the team. 
• NAME ON SHOULDER for all 10 and under swimmers

*ARRIVAL: The pool will be ready for your team to enter at 4:30pm (no earlier please). Waterford warm-ups are from 4:45-5:05 and your team warm-ups are from 5:05pm- 5:25pm to allow you extra time to settle. The meet start time is 5:30pm. *The stroke judge and timers meeting is at 5:15pm.

*PARKING: Pool management asks that we use the grassy area for parking and then overflow to the north side of Slane Road (opposite of the pool gravel parking lot— using the side without traffic cones) or the east side of Glengarriff Rd. If parking on the side of Slane or Glengarriff Roads to please be conscientious of the homeowners’ yards (as well as parking too close to stop signs/driveways). In previous years, some homeowners were upset, called the police, and several cars were almost ticketed.

*CONCESSIONS: Sunset Slush will be available, and we will be selling pizza from Mediterraneo - individual slices are $3, whole pies are $20, and we will have two combo options for $5.50 or $7.00. We will also have Gatorade, soda, water, chips, and candy available to sell. We accept both cash and VENMO ($5 minimum) for payment for our concessions; Sunset Slush is cash only.
