Hello Sharks!

Intrasquad is THIS SATURDAY!!  We have two steps you need to take to help us prepare for Intrasquad.  1.  Declare your swimmer-if they can or cannot swim.  We need confirmation either way.  We do NOT want to leave anyone out!  2.  Volunteer.  We need a lot of help to make our meets work.  Intrasquad is a great time to try out a new job!! 

ALL SWIMMERS MUST DECLARE!!

We need to know if you ARE or ARE NOT swimming!!  

TO DECLARE:

• Go to Swimtopia
• Meet Sign Ups
• Intrasquad Meet Entry (Green box)
• Edit
• Choose from drop down if your swimmer is or is not attending
• SAVE

SIGN UP FOR A JOB!!  

• Go to Swimtopia
• Meet Sign up
• Intrasquad Job Sign Up (Green box)
• Choose a Volunteer job
• SAVE

New Families-As soon as the meet is put together by the coaches, we will email out a heat sheet that tells you the Event number, heat and lane for your swimmers races.  You can expect this Friday afternoon.  We do NOT provide printed heat sheets at meets, so you can follow along online or bring your own print out.
