10 & Under Session MORNING

8:30am - gates open 

8:45am - admin table open for morning session deck adds

9:00am - warm-ups for Sherwood Lanes 1-3

9:30am - timers briefing (ALL TIMERS)

10:00am - start of 10 & under session

1:00pm - estimated end of morning session

11 & Over Session AFTERNOON

2:00-2:15 lanes 1-5 SHERWOOD warm up. 

2:15pm - timers briefing (ALL TIMERS)

2:45pm - start of 11 & up session

7:10pm - estimated end of afternoon session

SHERWOOD SEATING!!

We have assigned seating for the meet.  We are in our regular corner near the "circus" tent".  Turn left when you go through the gate and we are located in the corner.  We have several families bringing tent, if you have one, bring one!!  Bring chairs and towels to sit on.

WHAT TO BRING

• Plenty of water and gatorade!  It is a LONG HOT DAY!!!
• activities for between races
• snacks
• sunscreen

Concessions will be open.  Kona Ice and a food truck will be there.

PARKING

In order to minimize issues with parking, PLEASE encourage your swimmers and parents to carpool. With the exception of a limited number of meet volunteers with parking passes, NO PARKING IS ALLOWED along the dirt road beside or behind the pool. Overflow parking is available at Bolton Elementary School or Trinity Presbyterian Church. Both are located one block from the pool on Bolton Street just beyond the exit ramp to Silas Creek Parkway. Parking will be enforced by the Winston-Salem Police Department and parking illegally will result in cars being towed! Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
