Hello Sharks!!  A few notes specific to New Sherwood as you prepare for the meet tomorrow.  Heat sheets will be sent in the afternoon tomorrow as soon as they are ready. 

New Sherwood is located at 4600 Fernmarch Dr.  and majority of the parking is available in the grass lot across the street from the pool. No parking is allowed on Fernmarch street. Please follow any no parking signs. 

Concessions -- Concessions set up in the circle drive next to the pool entrance gate. They will be selling hot dogs and other concessions. Sunset Slush will also be on premises next to the tennis courts. They will also be passing out Stingray Bucks to any heat winner. These have a value of $.25 and can be used at our concessions stand. 

Team and parent set up- You are welcome to bring tents and encouraged to bring chairs to sit on. We will be set up on the shallow end of the pool near the baby pool. We expect that the deck will be packed, there will have signs designating our area.  We can set up tents back by the playground equipment, however it is imperative that people are listening for event numbers.

Sherwood is not allowed to use the tennis courts for any reason, nor are we allowed to use the shallow pool, baby pool, or diving well at any time during the meet. 

Warm ups 5:05-5:25. 

The meet should start promptly at 5:30.
