We are preparing for Championships next week. We have scheduled a block clinic for Thursday at Salem College from 5-7 pm. This is for swimmers going to championships. The roster will be announced Thursday morning at practice or we will be texting/calling Thursday morning. Please tentatively mark your calendars.

In the mean time, please do not ask coaches about entries. They are focused on New Sherwood and will then work diligently that night to create our best roster. Our coaches are working so hard for all swimmers. Please allow them to focus.

Wednesday-regular practice

Thursday-regular practice and evening stroke clinic.

Friday-championship swimmers only. Regular times

Saturday-championship swimmers only. Time TBA.
