Meet tonight at Peacehaven 420 Hearthside Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27104

• The pool is ready for our team to enter at 4:30. We ask that your team arrives no earlier than 4:15.
• Sherwood warms up at 5:05 p.m. 
• Drop swimmers off once our lot is full, but will then they need to park on the street. PLEASE park on the POOL SIDE only of Hearthside Drive. No cars are allowed to park on the opposite side of Hearthside for safety reasons.
  
• Spectator seating is only available on one side of our pool. Our team will be seated on the shallow end (nearest the entrance/baby pool)
  
• There will be a stroke and turn/timers meeting at 5:15pm at the corner of the shallow end of the pool near the restrooms with our referee, Stacy Bachmann and starter, Katie Whitworth.
  
• Concessions: Hamburgers, chips, drinks, candy, and snacks are available at our Snack Shack during the meet - cash and Venmo accepted. Sunset Slush will be on deck and accepts cash, Venmo, cash app or card.
• Heat Winners: Heat winners will receive a “Dolphin Dollar” at the conclusion of the race. This can be redeemed at our Snack Shack for a prize! 
• Restrooms: Men’s and women’s restrooms are located on the shallow end of the pool, as well as in the back shelter.
• Playground: Our playground is unsupervised. While it is fine that your team enjoys it, please be sure that parents supervise their kids.
