We are prepping for the first meet of the season.  Intrasquad is a great opportunity for our swimmers to get a good understanding of how a swim meet runs and it is a lot of fun to cheer on your own teammates.

DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER

EVERY MEET-Parents must declare if your child is swimming for every meet.  

How to declare if your swimmer will participate in the meet:

• Click on Intrasquad Meet
• You will see a green buttons-Meet Entry
• Declare if your child  (each child) is attending or not attending the meet

Intrasquad meet is not like regular meets.  We do not run all 84 events.

Intrasquad Events (not in this order)

6 and unders-25 free and 25 back

7-10s-25 free, 25 back, 25 breast, 25 fly

11 and up-50 free, 50 back, 50 breast, 50 fly

10 and under only-100 free-mixed relays

VOLUNTEER

We need many volunteers to run swim meets.  Intrasquad is a great time to try out something new, or do what you always do to volunteer.  We can not run meets without volunteers. 

Volunteer jobs are available for Intrasquad.

• Choose a job to volunteer for.  There are descriptions with each job, but ask questions if you need more information. 

If you are volunteering, please meet at the starter tent at 7:50 a.m.

WARM UPS

Warm ups start at 7:45 am for the Intrasquad.  The meet will start at 8:00 a.m.
