Peacehaven 6/14 AND New Sherwood 6/16 are open for RSVP and Job Sign-ups.

• RSVPs are DUE by Friday at noon. Please declare your swimmer as ATTENDING OR NOT ATTENDING!!
• Job Sign ups including donating dessert or drinks for the after party at the home meet.

Information and reminders for our Home Meet

• Check in starts at 4:30 p.m. At this first home meet, we will also have volunteers handing out t-shirts and tank tops that haven’t been picked up. They will be located on the bench OUTSIDE the gate.
• As the home team, we set up on the Shark Shack side of the pool and down into the pit.
• The Shark Shack is open with limited menu for the meet
• Pizza and treats will be shared for the home team after the last relay. Remind your children to stay poolside to cheer on the last relays!! We ask for donations on the Job Sign up for drinks and treats.
• Heat Sheets will be published the day of the meet as soon as they are available.
• Please help clerks by writing FIRST NAMES on the shoulder of all 10 and under swimmers.
• 6 and UNDERS!!!! EVENT 43 and 44 will run AFTER event 24 so young swimmers can go home at a more reasonable time.
